Click Manager or Restore Files. Follow the steps in the wizard to restore your database dump files. Use the SQL Enterprise Manager or your other backup software to restore your data using the database dump files. In the find db object pane put the name of the package and select the DB.
Both, the spec and body will appear, double click to open. Instead of navigating to the package object and doing export there, use ToolsDatabase Export to generate a single file. Click the tab for the table with the columns you want to copy and select those columns.
From the Edit menu, click Copy. Click the tab for the table into which you want to copy the columns.
Select the column you want to follow the inserted columns and, from the Edit menu, click Paste. Step 2 : Select the database from which you need to take a backup of the table. Use that to import it back into a different DB and schema. Just log into the DB you want to import it into and follow the wizard. It should be pretty straight forward.
